As Vice President of Advancement and Philanthropic Services, Caroline leads the development and execution of efforts that enhance donor engagement, fundraising, and philanthropic services. She is responsible for cultivating and stewarding key relationships with individuals, families and corporate partners who join in supporting the Foundation’s mission and impact. Caroline also plays a key role in leading the Philanthropic Services work, engaging professional advisors in the region and guiding donors and businesses in realizing their philanthropic goals, both locally and nationally.

Over the years, Caroline has also taught many Youth in Philanthropy cohorts and is an alum of the program.

Before joining the Foundation in 2015, Caroline gained experience in the nonprofit sector.  She worked for a variety of youth-serving nonprofits in the MetroWest region, supporting development and marketing efforts. Caroline earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Spanish and Hispanic Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

A native of MetroWest, she currently resides in Millis with her husband and son and serves as a board member and Co-Chair of Community Service for the Charles River School’s Community Association.
