As the MetroWest region’s community foundation, we improve the quality of life in 30+ communities by providing financial and educational resources to local nonprofit organizations, sharing essential data about our region to inform decision making, and partnering with donors to help guide and align their giving with the areas of greatest need.
We identify areas where the needs are the greatest and implement initiatives to address these needs. We focus on the outcome, are nimble, and adjust accordingly.
Join the Community Foundation for MetroWest at the 10th annual Community Leadership Reception as we commemorate the inaugural year of the MetroWest Workforce Development Project.
The MetroWest Workforce Development Project focuses on income inequality that persists in the MetroWest and provides a path to financial stability for under resourced youth and underemployed or unemployed adults. Join us to hear stories of impact from the project’s first year and how the programs being funded are increasing access to well-paying and high-demand jobs.
At the event we will also honor the unwavering generosity of Yale Appliance, and Christine Schuster, President & CEO of Emerson Health System, as they receive our 2023 Community Leadership Awards.
