As the Development Operations Associate, Bella focuses on supporting the Foundation by providing essential operational support. She oversees the donor database, assists in the execution of project plans and key strategies, and analyzes the data to determine how to drive greater engagement.
Prior to joining the Foundation, she provided recruitment, admissions, and administrative support to a nonprofit in Connecticut. She was inspired to start a career that benefited the community after volunteering on a service trip to Uganda through a healthcare nonprofit. She attended Bryant University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Innovation Management.
New to the community, Bella has recently moved to Dorchester and is thrilled to be contributing to the Community Foundation for MetroWest’s mission.
