Michelle T. Miller, Ph.D., (Dover) is a strategic thinker with a background as a research analyst and consultant in chemical engineering, drug delivery, and biotechnology. She brings a rigorous analytical approach and a commitment to community impact to her nonprofit work. Through Community Consulting Teams, Michelle has provided pro bono consulting across multiple engagements. Most recently, she conducted management, staff, and board interviews for an early learning center, helping to assess and better understand the drivers of staff attrition, enrollment declines, and broader operational challenges. She also applied a theory of change framework to strengthen a culinary arts training program, which serves adults facing barriers to employment.

Michelle currently serves the Community Foundation for MetroWest as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee and as a reviewer on the Grant Distribution Committee. Her involvement with the Foundation began as a donor, where she developed a strong appreciation for the role community foundations play in advancing local philanthropy. She looks forward to continuing to contribute to the Foundation’s mission and evolving impact. She lives in Dover with her family.
