Gina is the Director of Communications at the Community Foundation for MetroWest, where she leads the Foundation’s efforts to elevate its voice, strengthen its brand, and deepen connections with the more than 30 communities it serves. As a member of the senior leadership team, she is responsible for shaping and executing a communications strategy that supports the Foundation’s mission of improving the quality of life for all MetroWest residents.
With over two decades of experience in strategic communications and brand leadership, Gina brings a deep understanding of how powerful storytelling can drive impact. Most recently, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at a Boston law firm, where she led firm-wide brand strategy, media relations, digital marketing, and DEI communications.
Previously, Gina held senior communications roles at Putnam Investments, several tech startups, and advertising agencies, including Hill Holliday and Boathouse. In these roles, she helped brands find their voice, engage audiences with authenticity, and convey complex ideas in messages that inspired people to take action.
Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of New York at Oswego. She and her husband have lived in Hopkinton for nearly 25 years and are proud parents of two adult children.
